Today, amazing typography is possible on the web. The future looks bright, but it hasn’t always been this way. This workshop will explore both the history and future of web typography. We’ll look at some of the challenges in web technology, browser support, rendering, and distribution that have been overcome. We’ll get inspired by some great work being done on the web by designers today. And we’ll learn to use the web fonts and related CSS features that make it all possible.
