Alexander Luckow was born in Berlin in 1961. A self-employed design manager and brands advisor in Hamburg and Berlin at the moment, Alexander studied in the U.S., and took his degree at the London College of Printing in 1988. Afterwards he worked for several agencies in London, Italy, Berlin and Prague. Since 1995 he has specialized in Corporate Branding. From 1998-2002 he worked as Creative Director in the Corporate Branding section of Enterprise IG, Hamburg.

Alexander is a member of the German committee of the Type Directors Club of New York and a lecturer at the Design Factory (International College of Communication Arts and New Media) in Hamburg.
