TYPO SF volunteers are instrumental in ensuring the conference runs smoothly. Tasks you may be asked to assist with include greeting attendees, acting as ushers, registering attendees, conference set-up and helping out with odd jobs. We also need assistance on our Press Team, where we need writers, press table assistants and social media team members.

While volunteers do get to enjoy the remainder of the conference while off-duty, please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee you’ll get the shifts you prefer. This means that if there is a particular speaker you’re dying to see, we highly recommend you purchase a ticket to the conference.
